Subject: Condoms
Question: I love fucking and I don't mind using a condom but fucking without a condom is even better. Often when I go to the tubs or the park guys want to be fucked bareback and in the heat of the moment I go for it. Then afterwards, once the rush of passion is gone, I feel guilty. I worry that I have risked my health for a brief thrill. If my partner wants a condom it is ok with me, but so few seem to. Any suggestions?

Dear Darrell: I'm not sure if more guys are barebacking now or if it is just that more guys are talking openly about something they have been doing all along. Yes, fucking without a condom feels way better than with a condom. But is it worth it?

Rough statistics indicate that the bottom has a one in 50 chance of becoming infected and the top has a one in 500 chance of becoming infected when fucking with a positive partner. If you assume that most guys getting fucked bareback are positive already you can see that you are participating in high risk activities.

By letting your partners make the condom decision you are placing your future in the hands of a stranger. Without exaggeration, this is a life or death decision that you would be better off keeping in your own hands. You would not leave other important decisions in your life to others, so why this one?

If you want to use condoms then you need to have them with you and just put it on. You can decide not to use condoms but you cannot blame your partners for the decision. We are each responsible for protecting ourselves.

From: Skinman
Subject: Foreskin
Question: My cock is different from other guys I meet because my foreskin doesn’t come back over the head of my dick. It is too tight to pull back like other guys do. But it works fine for jacking off or having sex. I’m afraid that I would have to be circumcised to fix this. Is my problem dangerous?

Dear Skinman: This is a problem called Phimosis. I don’t think I would call it dangerous but it can be a problem for cleanliness. Plus, you may be missing out on certain sexual pleasures as the head of your dick and the inside of your foreskin are thick with nerve endings that give pleasure (in a blowjob for example). You need to see a urologist. This problem is sometimes treated with a steroid cream that relaxes the muscles around the foreskin allowing it to slide back. If this does not work there are several other options, including circumcision. In the extreme case of a circumcision it is possible to direct your doctor that you want only the minimum removed to allow retraction, not a full cut back. I’d suggest that you will find it worth your while to fix this as it will likely increase your sexual pleasure to have full access to the head of your dick.

From: Drooler
Subject: Precum
Question: I produce lots of precum when I’m turned on. Does drooling out a heavy flow of precum reduce my load when I cum?

Dear Drooler: I think I need to personally examine you a couple of times to study the situation. I love it when guys have a lot of precum. If you can’t come to Vancouver send me pics.

Your cum is produced in your prostate gland. But precum is actually produced in a different location called the Cowper’s gland and has two purposes. First, it serves as a natural lubricant. Second, it raises the PH level in your urethra to protect your sperm from the normally acidic situation which your piss creates. Without changing the PH your sperm would be killed during ejaculation. The Cowper’s gland works at different rates in different people, which is why there is such a variation between men. So, heavy precum should not impact on your load when you cum although it will have a heavy impact on guys like me who are into it.
