Subject: After ejaculation
Question: Hi Doug. I want to know what I can do
to help me be more willing sexually after I ejaculate. I have moments
where I am so horny and I am online and have all these fantasies
and desires (meanwhile I’m stroking) and when I’ve squirted
I feel bad and like I’m letting myself down. On a similar
note, when I actually do meet with someone, and I am enjoying the
moment, I stay hard for hours but I don’t ejaculate until
I do it myself which most of the time is afterwards at home. Why
is this and is there anything I can do?
Dear Gus: First off, pretty much everyone feels a big release of tension after cumming. To you this may feel like a let down, to others it may feel like the calm after the storm or it might just be considered your body’s signal that it’s time to get off the computer and go to bed. To prolong your sessions you have to be in control and hold off from cumming. The only other ‘fix’ I can suggest is the use of drugs like Viagra which can bring you back to arousal soon after having came.
Regarding your second question, it sounds to me like you need to take things in hand and get yourself off while with your partner. Don’t be afraid to work your own dick while you play with someone else. Instead of going home after and finishing yourself alone, get yourself off while with your sex partner.
Personally, I like to see my partners cum. If I was with you and you left without blowing your load I’d be disappointed. So if what you are doing with other guys does not make you cum in and of itself, stroke yourself off at the same time.

Subject: Cum safety
Question: I love to suck cock and especially the
swallowing-the-cum part. I service three guys a day at times. These
guys say they have no diseases and clean. What are my risks? I swallow
a lot of jizz.
Dear Steve: You are right; having a guy blow his load in your mouth is just so hot and once that load is in your mouth the most obvious thing to do is to swallow it. I love it when men drain every drop of cum from me that way.
If these guys are correct that they are disease free then you have nothing to worry about. The questions then become are they sure and can you believe them? You’ll have to judge your partners on those issues.
There are some risks involved but in the whole scheme of life, sucking cock and swallowing cum is relatively low risk. It is possible to transmit all the usual STDs via oral sex, so you’d want to check out the guy’s cock for blisters etc. As for HIV transmission, a recent study of gay men practicing only oral sex revealed a seven percent transmission rate over a several year period. An earlier study in San Francisco revealed a transmission rate of less than one percent per year in gay men practicing only oral sex. So oral sex is way safer that fucking. But you have to remember that nothing is totally safe and you must make a judgement call each time based on assessing your partner.

Subject: Piss
Question: Can HIV be passed through piss?
Dear Curious: No. Although from time to time you hear things like this from anti-sex sources, it is not true.
HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, is transmitted via blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. There have been no documented cases of HIV contraction from urine, sweat, and saliva.
Piss could transmit a variety of other things, including Hepatitis, but it is basically a sterile solution and not dangerous if coming from a healthy person.
